The “Caspian Technical Solution” (CTS) Company’s Top Management has formulated and approved the following quality policy that is an essential element for achieving the intended objectives of the Quality Management System (QMS).

 Quality, conformance to all applicable requirements and Customer satisfaction shall underlie all our efforts in every phase of our activities such as Provision of technical inspection services, including NDT/NDE, assessments, and advanced engineering solutions for the power, oil, gas, and other industries.

Our quality policy is appropriate to the purpose and context of CTS and acts as a guideline in providing the strategic direction and a framework for establishing quality objectives. Measuring customer satisfaction, reduction of nonconformities and achieving of quality objectives are the key measurable objectives that CTS has determined to be of high importance. We ensure that our quality policy is implemented, maintained, communicated and understood at all departments of the company through documented training, regular communication and meetings. The quality policy will be reviewed for continuing suitability during Top Management review meetings on annual basis.
